" Only saw a couple of staff which were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable there was a good continental breakfast not much choice but tasty. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar wasn't open at time of stay probably because of covid, which I think we should have been informed of before arriving as the surrounding area is quiet with a few bars and restaurants nearby which all spoke english. Close to train station so easy to get to Prague. Negative points: No coffee or tea making...

"The foyer was exceptional. Grill and bar was so nice . A tasty pork tenderloin. The bar worker look so proud to be working there . There back was straight when serving food . Like they were proud of the food they were serving , so they should be , food is amazing . Very friendly receptionists. The rooms were standand . "This was an inexpensive, but clean and adequate hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the food in the restaurant was quite nice. The hotel is very close to public transport and not too far from the airport. Not much else around though."

"Despite my very late check in, there was someone available, and they also spoke English, so I was able to get my room very quickly. The room was very nice, and had a good amount of space. The breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the atmosphere of the area."

"The hotel is a five minute walk to the terminal. It made an early morning flight much more pleasant. The room was clean and the shower very good. The only odd thing was the room fridge had to be powered on to cool anything and it took a while to get cold. I would stay here again. "

"I recently stayed at your property, which I have visited before and always enjoyed. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I encountered an issue with the staff that I feel needs to be brought to your attention. Upon discovering a bad smell coming from the toilet in my room, I, along with two other guests, reported the issue to the receptionist. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the problem, the receptionist dismissed our concerns and attempted to convince the three of us that there was no smell and the only solution she found to the problem was to sent a cleaner to spray some freshener. Although we were offered a new room, her dismissive behavior led us to stay in the original room with all the disgusting smell. The windows were open all night. I truly appreciate the quality of your property and hope that this feedback helps in improving the guest experience."
