Nothing as there was no room available. The manager Kelvin left us waiting 3 hours without informing us that there was no room! Another couple from journey had the same experience. He said his extension rooms would be finished in 2 days! We went to see them! No electricity No water! Water pipes, bare electricity wires & cement everywhere! No where near completion!!! He ended taking us to the Amaan Hotel at 4pm! (Our flight was 9:05) so we missed the whole 1st day of holiday! There were only 2 nights we could stay as they were also fully booked!! This hotel room had no working shower & the surrounds outside were dirty & unfinished near our room! I was upset after our other Expedia holiday experience in July so this as well caused a lot of stress!!! I tried all evening to get hold of Expedia & one person said she would call me back but never did. It took all day!! Expedia are inconsistent & unhelpful for the second time this year on holiday!
Toilet in reception area had no door to the toilet no sink to wash hands & was very very dirty
