Zallaq is quite small and remote from Manama. However, the Zallaq Springs development a few hundred metres from the hotel has several coffee shops, cafes, juice bars and a supermarket.

Lovely Hotel & Great Staff
"Lovely hotel and great staff, the beach area is small but ok. We really enjoyed the Greek restaurant and the live entertainment and greek dancing. The Indian restaurant looks beautiful , the service was good but the food wasn't great. We'd definitely stay at the Sofitel again."

"I usually stay in this nice hotel, but unfortunately last time I had a bad experience with the front desk guy, there was a minor miscommunication and instead of trying to resolve the issue in a good manner, his attitude was terrible.I think his name was Ajour or something similar to that."
