I was here with two friends in the beginning of September. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every day. Marko was so nice and always made us feel welcome and satisfied with our needs, he even offered to come pick us up if we wouldn’t find a taxi. Overall the staff was very friendly and asked how our day was and came up with fresh grapes. It was a fantastic stay!

We had a relatively good time, the apartment was nice and spacious and the price was right. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can get to Zadar quickly. As other reviews have pointed out the main problem with the apartment is the cleanliness which is insufficient. We had to hand wash all the dishes and the dishwasher was too dirty to use. We also had to clean the shower filter clogged with hair from previous guests. We strongly suggest improving this aspect.

Spacious apartment in a quiet location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with views of the sea. There is not much to do in the local area, nearest shop is about 25 minutes walk so a car is essential to get around. It is quiet though. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi signal was variable depending on time of day and location. Staff were very friendly. I had to ask for A dustpan and brush and the free toiletries. Our washing machine didn't work and we told them twice but still no one came to look at it, however they did offer to wash our clothes for us. We didn't use the pool which is too small for swimming but ok for cooling off in. Apartment was reasonably clean . The accommodation would suit a family or anyone who wants to to avoid city centre noise, nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away and there is a Greek restaurant 5 mins walk away.

Ich habe 2 Apartments gebucht, im Paket. Beide sind von der Ausstattung komplett unterschiedlich. Die eine hat eine Badewanne, die andere eine Waschmaschine, uvm. Was beide gemeinsam haben, das Bett knarzt, das WLAN ist schlecht und leider sind Sie komplett verschmutzt, nicht nur der Boden, Couch, Terrasse, Bad, alles, was man anfassen kann, klebt. Die Rezeption ist praktisch nicht besetzt und die gibt unterschiedliche Aussagen, ob die Wohnungen während des Aufenthalts gereinigt werden, die eine Wohnung wurde etwas gereinigt, die andere nicht. Dazu kommt,dass es sehr laut ist, es gibt keine Fliegengitter (sehr wichtig da es sehr viele Stechmücken hat), Parkplätze schwach und wenn man ein Elektroauto hat, kann man nirgends laden. Fazit: Wenn das hier nicht so teuer wäre, könnte das eine 1 Sterne Unterkunft sein. Woher 4 kommen, ist mir völlig unklar. Ich rate jedem davon ab, hier zu Buchen zu machen. Die schönen Bilder sind entweder alt oder gehören zum Restaurant.

Annulation la veille au soir par mail du propriétaire ! Arrivés sur place avec 3 enfants sans avoir vu le mail. Nous avons appelé le numéro de tel indiqué sur place, accueil à peine cordial, aucune excuse de la personne au bout de la ligne, désagréable. Nous avons été relogés par Hôtels.com (expedia) a 80km de cet endroit après 45mn de recherches. Précisons au passage que Luxury accomodation n’est en rien conforme à son nom, emplacement bien moche.

Pros: spacious appeared to have good facilities clean enough Close to beach and nice restaurant/bar Cons: A few of the lights didn't work Fridge/freezer didn't work kettle was dodgy Ants Dead bugs on the walls Free WiFi didn't work Extremely noisy Only 1/2 toilet roll - took nearly 24hr for them to bring another one Shower doors don't close properly making floor wet and slippery Pool area was okay, but appeared unfinished as there were pipes lying around. Whole area is under construction. The walls were paper thin: could hear talking and the TVs in other rooms, the room below me was especially loud and I could hear it as if it was in my own room.. The images when booking are deceptive. It looks a lot better in the pictures as the are able to hide all the construction work taking place. On arrival, there was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom - I assumed there would be more in the cupboard but I checked everywhere and there was none. I messaged the owners asking for some more at 6pm and they finally left me some more around 4pm the next day. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property; it is definitely not "luxury accomodation" nor 4*. It was extremely noisy which I don't mind during the day, but being able to hear other guests until 1/2am and construction noise at 6/7am definitely impacted on this rating. I previously stayed in a 2* apartment in another part of Croatia which was perfect compared to this. Avoid and save your money.

If you plan to spend time around a construction site, this is place to book. Noisy, apartment dusty due to all construction work around, parking part of the construction arra. Area is beautiful indeed, but would not book apartments there till perhaps next year until it all clears up and construction work is done. Nowhere on their postings do they mention there’s work being done around the property.

Poor check in despite full information about arrival time. The accommodation is in the middle of a building site. From 7am to 6pm non stop notices coming from the buildings site next door. Zero house keeping. Zero soap or shampoo etc. No change of towels or sheets during 4 nights stay. Overall poor poor experience. The fact that accommodation is in the middle of a building site was not disclosed at the time of booking. This amounts to deception and cheating both by the owners and Expedia.

Recommended stay for families. It was clean and well organized. On 2nd day of our stay owners made some construction works which was loud but it wasn't that long to spoil our stay.

Beautiful sea view ...

Apartment was on the top of building, has a very nice view on the sea, kitchen is very good equipped with gadgets, but some additional bowls, glassware etc. would be useful. Room is nice and space, extra blankets are missing and are must have. Nevertheless, would recommend this place, nice stony and rocky beaches as well as walking trails are nearby.

Excellent location, near the beach & as described. Quiet time of year to go but that made it all the more enjoyable. Wir haben uns nicht erholen können

Ort ganz ok, Appartement ok, leider keine Waschmaschine. Handtücher nur ein Satz vorhanden. Schwaches WLAN bis gar keins. Alles so weit akzeptabel ausser ständig bellende Hunde die alleine gelassen werden und die Besitzer ausgehen. An Erholung ist nicht zu denken.

Great mini break

This trip was a mini break to see the beautiful sites of Croatia. We arrived and were given clear instructions to enter the property. Our room was of good quality and very clean.. Situated just outside of Zadar but only a short drive, we had a hire car so had no problems, unsure of public transport but Ubers were available and reasonably priced. We would definitely return. Looks as if the area the apartments are in is being developed and all looks of a high quality. A city tax is due on departure but only a small amount for a lovely apartment. Great property, just a bit out of the way as nothing was open near the hotel, otherwise great, Uber taxis were cheap
