Rooms could use a good cleaning. Carpet was dirty & stained. There was an odor in the room, didn’t smell clean. Beds were worn. Also room on 4th floor wasn’t convenient. Hard to access.

Fue una estancia agradable, con múltiples atractivos turísticos cercanos en la ciudad. El personal del hotel fue amable y las instalaciones excelentes. El único detalle fueron nuestros vecinos de habitación, que tuvieron música con volúmen elevado durante la noche y madrugada; en ese aspecto siento que deberían ser más estrictos con el reglamento.

Me gustó que está céntrico, lo que no me gustó es que se oye todo de los otros cuartos hasta cuando abren las llaves del agua, internet baja señal, me gustó tiene estacionamiento incluido

The rooms were very small. I wish the beds were also bigger. Staff was friendly and helpful. The same week my family stayed they had a conference and were very loud by 7am they were signing.

El hotel es muy bonito por su estilo colonial las habitaciones están bien sin embargo ya precisan modernizarlas se ven con muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento y viejas La atención de su personal muy bien y es lo que salva los demás detalles, la cercanía a la catedral, restaurantes y demás lo hace inmejorable en su ubicación Lo volveré a reservar esperando ver mejoras en el hotel
