"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "
