"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

"Best location, steps away from subway, walkable to many attractions. Breakfast was just average . Staff very helpful and polite, housekeeping crew were very hospitable too! Good size room and bathroom. Only issue was room too hot even with the aircon turned to the lowest, we had to open the windows Would stay here again and recommend to my friends "
