"The hotel is a bit far from the onsen center, about 10-15 walk from the Kinosaki train station. However, the staff are very courteous and service is excellent. The hotel is nice,clean and quiet."

"Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls.
