"Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room even exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well-maintained and hotel staff was extremely welcoming, kind and polite and we felt like honored guests the whole time. "Everything is perfect! Staff is so awesome & Ryokan is well maintained. Only concerns are internet connection is bad & the constant phone call buzzing. Our check out is 10am but by 9:40am they’d started buzzing us."

"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."

"This is one of the best experiences I had. I enjoyed the authentic Japanese hospitality. I was greeted and escorted to the lobby. The staff led me to my room showing me all the facilities. The room is spacious and impeccably clean. The area is serene, and the Beppu Park is right next to the Hotel, which I enjoyed in a morning walk."

"Had a lovely one-night staybat the resort. Enjoyed our private onsen and the many amenities the room offered (including no less than 4 different types of slippers :) for various uses.
