I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. In the morning I discovered it was cockroach legs stabbing me and then found a dead one at the bottom of my futon. Food and service were wonderful and onsen was the best part. "
