"This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."

"Everything was great till Tuesday the day before we had to leave! Two of the young guys that work at the cabana on the beach in front of building III and close to the volleyball net! Came down to the edge of the beach and decided to fish! They cast out their lines in the area we were swimming and hanging out. One of the fishing poles was directly in front of me! We let them know we were not happy and neither were some other people swimming in that area! I said it loud enough for them to hear me...

"The good: the property was well maintained. The unit was nicely equipped. The beach was nice and clean. The bad: 9am check- out is ridiculous ( but I knew this when booking. The couches were dirty and had stains. The only thing we could watch on TV was Netflix. The ugly:The 830 am knocking on the door because they wanted to clean the unit ( we had until 9!!). You have to wear a wristband to be on property, not an issue except you have to leave them in your unit when you check-out ( at 9am)...

"Staff was very friendly! Food at the bar was awesome! Rooms are very nice! Great ocean view. Only downside I would say is that the beach lounge chairs were locked up and not available to rent for the winter months. Luckily we brought some folding chairs for our older loved ones"

"Our stay there was everything . We checked n late and the first room had sone dirty dishes and the shower was in need of cleaning . I went back to the front desk and Taneisha (May not be spelled correctly ) was on duty to check us on and when I told her the issues she immediately said I am sorry I can get you another room and she did however there was still a problem with the shower that needed attention she immediately sent someone up to clean it we enjoyed our stay and plan to return as we ate in the restaurant and it was really good just what Taneisha said about it . We will return again . Keep smiling Taneisha and giving your best we appreciated your prompt attention and please manager give her our best ."

"When we first pulled in I was nervous but the outside front of building is deceiving because once we opened the door the room was very nice! We stayed in December for a baseball tournament the property was a super convenient location. The pool was warm so we could enjoy it even in the colder temps we had. The restaurant right next door was phenomenal! Every employee we encountered was super friendly especially Curtis! We had some good laughs with him!"
