The room was fabulous & air conditioning worked well, the pool looked amazing BUT not in use & hasn't been in a long time. Management was poor, asked for a ground floor room, told it was booked out, but it wasn't!! Had a large group of folk move in to the room next door (12) & text management - no reply!!

Very convenient location to explore York. Rooms spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Parking is a long way from your room.

Pleasant property with everything we needed. I feel the bathrooms sould have a handrail for safety when stepping into bath oe shower.

This was a nice stay for 2 nights. The grounds were clean and tidy and found it to be nice and quiet. We were disappointed that there was no WI FI and the shower head was in desperate need of replacement.

All you need for a short stay, easy access to room with lockbox.Comfortable and clean. Could be simpler to check in and near to everything on main street only a 2 minute stroll. Great price on Wotif too.

Good value room. Had toaster and microwave. Plates and cutlery and washing up gear. Clean and tidy. Only negative was thin walls, but we didn’t have any noisy problems.
