Best part of our stay was the breakfast. We booked the double bed hotel room. It was a bit small but expected since we’re in New York. The room doesn’t have a closet to hang your coat or dresses. It was clean but it needed maintenance for the crevices in the wall. Shower pressure was very low. Breakfast was surprisingly pretty good!! It was buffet setup. They offered omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, fruit, French toast, pastries, coffee, tea, and variety of juices. Staff was very polite and accommodating!!

.The hotel was in a convenient location for my needs. Staff at the hotel is helpful and courteous. The room was on the mall side for 2 people and the location of the clothes closer - along side one of the beds was a nuisance.

Its actually very well kept. No fuss no muss and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very helpful, especially Rhianna at the front desk who helped me direct my family on how to get from the city here. Always love staying here for business or leisure. And the free breakfast has many options. The restaurant staff is great and the food is really good too if you like italian.

Royal Regency is simply put the purple version of Ramada. The only difference is in the color theme and the price tag, which is higher than a Ramada, but you get the same quality or service. I’ll start with the rooms: the King Size is very small, not one drawer in the room, a micro closet with a sliding door that weirdly opens up to the bathroom, no closet or coat rack by the door, and the bathroom could be updated (shower). Also, I understand that it’s not listed as “soundproof” but you can literally hear EVERYTHING. From the neighbors TV, doors closing, their toilet flushing and shower running, to the highway traffic and ambulance sirens. Basically you get the same sleep you would get in a first floor apartment in NYC. The breakfast is bare, no fresh fruit like oranges or bananas, only already cut mixed fruit salad, I’m sorry but that is not safe in times like these where COVID is still around. The worst part is the servers though. Total rudeness. They don’t even allow you to make your own coffee! I ended up going to a nearby Starbucks. And the lady who was serving coffee approached me when I arrived by saying “what do you need?” Then was preparing the coffee with 7-inch long nails, I’m sorry that is also not sanitary. Finally she came to our table at 9:30 (breakfast is until 10) and started cleaning the table after mumbling “you done?” You done?? My wife who is also pregnant got irritated and said “no I’m not done”—No sorry or anything. Lastly beware of HIDDEN FEES!

The noise outside the parking was terrible up to 3am do to a party at the restaurant, the smell of Marijuana inside the room was worse like some one was smoking next to the room, I book two bed room they give me one bed room. I have the worse experience.

Some things needed to be fixed and some just needed to replaced. Could be better but not terrible either. Also one thing I found very annoying was that you had to use a card to get in and out of the gate for the parking lot. A friend wanted to visit me while I was in town and would have had to pay for parking so I ended up meeting them elsewhere. Another down side is the constant slamming of doors. I’m used to a quiet area and was startled awake multiple times by slamming doors.
