There is one missing of hotel, the TV on rooms, do not have internet connections and other smart tv applications application such as Netflix, Amazon Prime. It doesn’t worth to be 5 star hotel, their services are very poor and staff are very rude and looking for tip for any work they do. Really it was bad experience for me and my family to be in this hotel.

It was fine but as value to money not due to the current situation of covid-19.which the Management was so carefully doing their best to maintain the guest with proper measures of protection. The hotel needs a renovation since its getting old for its interior . which i believe the Management shall do it if they are in better economy as before the pandemic .

The stay was good, the receptionist was very nice, and the room cleaning crew was awesome. One problem: breakfast was not included in my reservation and when i went to eat, the menu price for breakfast was 40 and they charged us 65 each. A difference of 75 TL for three people. It all adds up. Recommended despite the hiccup.

The property was good and the room was nice and clean, the view was very nice, however the service is not good there was no body to help us bringing the baggage upstairs we had to drag it ourselves. No special offers were provided as a VIP member.
