"The place is absolutely amazing. Getting my access code to enter the building was quite the fiasco. I was directed to on online service that I was afraid was insecure, which told me that I would be sent an access code. I started trying to check in at 4PM, was standing outside the building for several hours and finally called hotels dot com and was able to get the access code from them. I am a pretty tech savvy person, so that was not the problem. I talked to the owners and their only response...

"Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours "

"Probably the best stay in Israel! It is not a hotel but a private house. The host is a perfect communicator, and charming. The property is super clean, with a lot of fresh air. It was a very nice but short stay on our travel to Beersheba. It is relatively close to the airport."

After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. "The tram stops right in front, and it's a quick walk to the flea market, restaurants/bars, and harbor. Wonderful staff, a nice breakfast, and in an interesting neighborhood. Working remotely, the internet is super fast and reliable. A great choice and I would recommend the Joseph Hotel and stay there again. "

Ultimate in relaxation, comfort and good food!

"Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?"
