"Located at the heart of Xi’an, walkable to the Bell Tower and subway (just few mins). Hotel is very clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is huge and very comfy. Love the heated toilet seat during winter and the automatic bidet. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommended!"

"A really modern and clean hotel in a fantastic location in Xi’an, walkable to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and all of central Xi’an. The room was comfortable and nicely designed. "Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Great hotel to stay

"There is free laundary with detergent, endless water bottle for consumption and the breakfast is very good. Proximity to Bell and Drum tower and other amenities makes our stay an enjoyable experience. I will stay again if back in Xian."

"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. "
