"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "We spent 4 nights there at the hotel. The property was excellent with a variety of room types. there were lovely little spaces to hang with phenomenal views of Goreme by night. The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately there were many cats - my wife has a phobia and it was a bit traumatic when one got close at breakfast. the staff and owner were very empathetic. they changed our room at no cost to one further away and also created a private space on a balcony where we could eat in peace. Special kudos to Hedi who helped us a lot."

"Our stay at Kayakapi Premium Caves was truly special. The beautifully restored cave rooms offered a perfect blend of luxury and authenticity, with every detail thoughtfully curated. What made it even more meaningful was learning about the rich history of the property and its restoration — it felt like we were living in a piece of Cappadocia’s past. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere peaceful, and the staff warm and attentive throughout our stay. It was more than just accommodation — it was an unforgettable cultural experience. "A Home away frome home! Amazing experience staying at The Niche Cave Hotel. Location perfect, room amazing and suuuper clean, breakfast is excelent and homemade! The most important thing about this hotel is the staff! They are lovely! Hilal was great setting up our transfers, excursions, ballon flight! We didnt wanted to leave! Perfect location and service

"We had a flawless experience with the cave suites. Because there was construction going on close to our first suite, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger and better room when we arrived. Since we were only going to be staying for three nights, the staff were concerned about our comfort and gave us the upgrade without even asking. Every employee was warm and welcoming. Along with easy access to the center of Groeme and a breathtaking panoramic view, we also enjoyed a lovely view of the hot air balloons from our hotel."
