There was a big draft gushing from the door frame, with snow on the ground. We needed to keep the heater on full force at the highest temp to keep the room warm. Not a place I would stay at again.

The room was clean and up to date. Two issues however. One, there was a significant draft coming in the door. Because the room was at ground level fumes from a vehicle idling outside came into the room, a potentially unsafe situation. I left a note in the room and also informed the clerk at the desk. Second, the tub was very slow to drain. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

person at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and the property, while old on the outside, is completely renovated on the inside and the room is very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again on our trips to Savannah.

Like - Bed was comfortable. Dislikes - Floor needed sweeping. Bed sheets seemed laundered but showed signs of stains. Shower curtain was very dirty along the bottom. Water wouldn’t drain in tub. Exhaust fan was dirty.

The owner/ manager was always walking back and forth in front of our door, so I felt stalked. No one was at front desk to receive our keys. Location felt unsafe. Trash overflowing in breakfast area and it was just 8 am. Someone on staff walked in and looked around, but no one took out the trash. The tub barely drained and it smelled moldy inside. I would not have spent a second night there.

Read this before you stay
When I checked in the front desk clerk was obnoxious and borderline rude. She was more interested in watching "Fear of the Dead" and acted like I was bothering her. She was dressing like she was in her pajamas about to go to bed. The room has roaches and the comforter smelt like a dog. There was no place to put your soap in the bathroom. The room had very poor lighting. Breakfast was surprisingly good and the morning shift clerk was very pleasant.

It's an econo/quality in. So go ahead and book eith the cheaper one since they are the exact same place. I checked my sheets to make sure they were clean and bug free which they were.But the place just did look a little dingy over all. Oh, and the McDonald's across the street is bad ass lol

Stayed 1 night, last minute, when evacuating from a hurricane and was able to get one of the last rooms available. The price certainly cannot be beat. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Although the staff was busy, they were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a quiet, clean place to rest after a long day.

Honestly, I can’t say that I expected more than what it was. Yes, the idea is there to make it look like a modern home but the cleanliness is not there at all. You can tell they don’t wipe everything down or clean the floors that well. I didn’t feel comfortable allowing my one year old to walk around the room. The floor was dirty and there was the hazard of not having a covers on the electric sockets. I do NOT recommend if you have small children.
