"We were pleased to stay at the Chateau Nova hotel. Very clean, modern, nice staff. We stayed one night at The Exporer, and didn't like it at all. Chateau is way better!!"

"Close to supermarket easy walk to Food outlets. Breakfast simple but good. Staff friendly. Shuttle service convenient. The rooms were clean and good value for money. The mall area was pretty much closed and there were a number homeless people about who were under the influence. They didn’t bother us but I didn’t feel safe going out of the hotel on my own as a female. The hotel itself felt safe. "

"Hotel is starting to show its age. My room was along the street and it was loud. Not able to run a fan cause it all it had was baseboard heaters. The window was screwed shut. "

"The service is good, the staffs are nice especially the lady who serves at the breakfast room, she’s very friendly. The location is also good very close to the groceries and the bus stop. "

"The house was very cozy and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. We loved the king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was perfect. The towels and toiletries were very nice quality. Frederick was an amazing host. He was very knowledgeable about the area and always available to help make your stay perfect. He really went above and beyond."
