"Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."

"We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. "The property overall was very nice. However, even if you request and receive a non-smoking room guests are permitted to smoke on your floor. There are ashtrays near the elevator that are used. The smoke smell will certainly leak into your room a bit. We paid for the breakfast through our Expedia booking upfront. However, every morning at the breakfast I was the only one out of our large travel group of 31 (who are mainly of Chinese origin but not living in China) who got hassled every morning...

"Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served."

"My stay in thus hotel was perfect. Super convenient location and most of all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Catherine Qian, i could enjoy nice beef noodles and go to Bingling temple without any trouble. If anyone wants to go to Lanzhou, i will recommend this hotel."

"Location is great, right in the city center within few mins walk to the landmark places of Yuhuangge. Walking distance to top shops and restaurants Hotel is very clean. No smell of smoke inside the lobby and elevator. Gym is new and have excellent equipment. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Ms. Yang Hui, 杨慧，in particular, helped a family of four. She helped us on calling delivery, info on touring around the city as well as calling taxi. This hotel has the facilities as 5 star hotel but with very localized services. I would rather stay in this hotel than an international brand, "
