Location was great directly across from Kaliva Beach Bar which allowed us to just walk across the street and enjoy a beach day. The water was crystal clear, the sand was golden and they had beach chairs and food service. It's also walkable to a few other stores like Jumbo and a cute little bakery that we got breakfast. "Geweldige mooie “cottage”, van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Goeie communicatie en checkin door Marixeni, die haar best doet alles naar de zin te maken (zoals boodschappenpakketje voor de eerste ochtend, top). Verder hoefde ze niets te doen want alles was schoon, werkend en compleet (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Zwembad was ook schoon en top! Ligging is verder prima: mooi uitzicht over Pyrgos (10 minuutjes lopen en je zit onder de plataan)."

"The island is beautiful and wonderful if you like walking. There is access right out of the back of the house onto Trail 1 and then onto 10 and 4 The pretty town is a five minute walk or a very short drive The locals are lovely and welcoming. The welcome at the property is warm and helpful and the apartment is very comfortable with good beds, sheets, showers and of course, your own pool. Highly recommend a visit to Andros and a stay at this lovely apartment "

"A Beautiful quiet location with its own private beach. Lovely patios ordering the sea. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Recommend the cocktail bar 500 m up the street for early evening cocktails!"

"Balcony and view was incredible! Breakfast was good. No one was in the office when I arrived at 3:00 pm. The phone number for the office was incorrect on the booking website and did not work. I finally found the phone number on some gift items on the counter. This took 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. Then another 20 minutes to get the right key. The women had a handful of keys none of which worked. I waited and finally was given a key. Check in and getting a key was a 50 minutes process. Much in need of improvement. Rest of accommodation was good especially the view."

It's very close to Mbatzi and Gavrio so it was easy to get to both areas quickly but has its own parking which is very convenient. The apartment is very spacious and everything is new. I also enjoyed the balcony and sitting outside. I would highly recommend staying there and would stay again myself during a future visit to Andros. Thanks for a great vacation!"
