"The hotel was excellent value for money with spacious rooms... the staff were very welcoming.. the bar staff made our holiday for us.. they were very attentive and spoke to everyone by their first name.. they also remembered us from last year.. which is why we returned.. I look forward to going back and I highly recommend the golden moon.. "

"Not easy to find, no extras such as the usual toiletries, only two each of bowls, plates, and cups in the kitchen . . nothing else. To have access to anything everything has to be paid for. It isn't easy access to the beach. The entire place was very warm. The pool area seemed nice."

"This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay. "

"We actually booked the batihan sea resort and by the time we got there it was actually full they put is in another Ultra luxury hotel called batihan vadi it was so amazing with a private villa and a 5 star service. Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. We also had free transportation to the beach everytime we wanted to get there and were allowed to use any of the services in that beach resort as well. Extremely hapoy with their service. "We like to travel and have experienced every level of hotel quality. This is a mid-level property and turned out to be just what we wanted. We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel is about an hour drive from Izmir airport, situated in a peaceful location. The sheltered villa we stayed in are private and perfect for privacy if you wear hijab. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind."

"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
