Tough access up steep flight of steps ( no one offered to help with our 2 large bags, they just watched, and not sure how you get on if you have mobility issues.) "It is a lovely hotel, in a location convenient to restaurants, cafes and trams/buses. We stayed in the studio balcony room, it was neat, tidy with modern decor. The bathroom could do with a bit of repair work, there was nothing major, but enough to make it look a bit tired. "
