Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. "L'Hôtel est situé dans le centre de Yaoundé mais à l'écart de la circulation et à l'ombre des arbres dans un cadre très agréable. Restaurant -bar agréable avec terrasse. Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite en particulier la baignoire mais c'est OK pour prendre une douche, avec une bonne pression d'eau. Propreté OK."

"Two things: 1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full! 2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill. They were so unprofessional! I literally left in anger !"
