Smelly room, the white bed sheets and towers are grey in colour, bad insulation and dogs from neighbourhood barked through out the night.

The hotel is in good location for airport early/ late flights. Staff is fantastic and friendly. The hotel itself is pretty standard

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Thank God it was just a room to put our bags for a 6 hour layover

Stay somewhere farther from the airport to avoid
We thought it wouldn’t be that bad for just one night waiting for our flight. We were wrong! The rooms are tiny, the aircon did not work despite someone coming up to say “It is fixed, just wait”, and the room was full of mosquitoes that bit us all night. It was noisy and the “shower” was one of those wet-rooms where everything gets wet - sink, toilet, toilet paper everything.

On the plus side - They were very helpful in being able to do some laundry for us, with quick turn-around. They are walking distance to the airport. On the minus side - They said they'd prepare a box breakfast for us due to our early flight. But in the morning, they totally dropped the ball on this.

The rooms are very spartan and simple. Also quite noisy with constant barking of stray dogs throughout the night. It's an OK transit hotel, very close to the airport but that's about it.

The only positive is location and airport shuttle.
Shower filled the bathroom with water. Beds were rock-hard. Loud people in hallway in the middle of the night. Dogs barking and howling all night.Restaurant and menu was dingy and seemed dirty. (We went elsewhere.) The best option for location near airport, but you would be more comfortable elsewhere.

Transit venue...
This is the perfect place to stay when flying in and out of Yangon. Can walk or taxi from and to the domestic and international terminals. Basic but dry, clean and sufficient. Has minibar and aircon.

Perfectly forgettable non-breakfast, reasonable location only if you want to be out of there (i.e. at the airport), unimpressive rooms (better at the first floor than the second - I tried both on two different days), but, it must be said, very nice staff and very low prices. You pay for what you get.

The staff is very kind and nice. Breakfast area opened early at 06:00 so still be able to eat something before catches early flight. The hotel gave me a complimentary airport taxi. The room is quite old but the staff is great!
