This is a fantastic hotel. Extremely helpful staff, big rooms, good food, clean, english tv channels, wifi works great. Couldnt has asked for a better stay. They even helped us with onward travel and negotiating taxi prices.

Rooms Facing Inwards
Many rooms on the inside of the hotel do not have windows facing outside. Instead, they look onto an indoor fabricated plastic garden with no sunlight. This was unacceptable to us and the hotel willingly moved us to a more expensive external room. There was a problem with an air conditioning thermostat which an engineer resolved. All staff were immensely polite and friendly.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Went to the gym, but there were no windows... fell abit dull. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Close to a mall, make eating out easy.
The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful at all times of the day. The room was nice and spacious and had all the amenities we might need. The breakfast was not their strongest servicing point as the taste was not rich and the menu was rather dull, but it did have some variety, which made it appealing for all. During our stay, we would go outside to the spacious balcony for fresh air which was very relaxing.

Stayed for four nights. Breakfast is not so great. They have three restaurants but food is average. Tried Chinese food as per recommendation of the waiter but nothing more than Maggie noodle. Other days tried Indian choice which was not bad. Service is good but food quality is average and very expensive for the quality. Wouldn't recommend eating food here.
