Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Minimal but absolutely perfect for sleeping.
Clean enough, bathrooms might need a bit more attention.
The staff was so friendly and helpful!! If there was ever a reason to return to 21, the staff would be it. I asked a lot of questions and they were always very patient and helpful. The hostel is located in Yangon's China town which was great considering the Chinese New Year was about to kick off.The lounge area had a good vibe, too. I liked the fact that other residence also took advantage of it and would hang around there in their free time. There's not much bad honestly. I guess the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but having traveled in SE Asia before certain things don't bother me as much.
The hostel is operated by family and they are very friendly. Breafast is fulled and room can be locked, so you can have your space and privacy. Bus no.36 can take you to major famous places, get on at Sule bus stop.
It’s a good choice if you look for privacy with low budget. Very close to the night market and the owner speaks fair good English. Otherwise, this place is average in every way.

Not recommended
It was little bit noisy as the wall is really thin. It was almost impossible to take a quality rest when they do housekeeping. Only tiny tower and thin blanket were provided which was not comfortable.
