"The staff are extremely helpful. They help us make arrangements for the bus interchange and transport from the hotel to the interchange (with their vehicle). I was late for breakfast but they kept it open. The room is excellent value and its lovely looking out over the river. The sound of the running water is beautiful."

The hotel primarily caters to Japanese clients and the staff can only speak limited English.
