Everything here was great, especially in winter, very few turists in termal, beautiful nature, mild temperature. Good staff and warm and cozy pool. Only negative thing to mention was the internet in the 4th floor. It barely worked.

Well kept hotel, friendly staff. The hotspring water pool and bath are great as well as the spa facilities. Breakfast was very good. Great for relaxing few days, the area is well worth visiting.

Nice hotel, Good Staff especially Huymeira who was very helpful and spoke fluent english. Hotel has 1 Hot Spring pool Women morning until noon and Mix after. Breakfast good. Will come back again.

It was nice. Termal Yalova is a very good area and we enjoyed a lot there. The hotel was good. However, the room was not cleaned during our stay. Also, during the time of our stay, there was a problem with the water. The water was either so hot or so cold and you cannot control it. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and kind.

Nice stay and place to come back!
We arrived very late in the evening. Before arrival time hotel replied on my requests. That was nice. Room is nice but I would clean it more. I found dust on the table and hair in the bathroom. Service is really good, staff is friendly and fast. It was my birthday and I requested cake in my room but it wasn’t there. Nice man brought cake later and on check out time they wanted to charge 75tl for it. That wasn’t good since I requested it in my booking. SPA is good and clean, I liked t! I advise this hotel because of beautiful design, friendly staff and nice SPA:)
