"Amazing stay with great pool and dock for swimming and relaxing , the staff was so incredible and helpful and the food was perfect this hotel is such good bang for buck as well thanks to all the staff for showing our kids a great time"

"If you are looking for a place with drunk loudmouthed sunburnt Brits on cheap holiday then this place is for you. Add in crappy wifi, cigarette smelling rooms and average service it pretty much sums up this place. Only good thing about it was location and the pool"

Wir sollten erst in eine andere Anlage gebracht werden, welche nicht als Adresse bei Expedia hinterlegt war sondern mir nur als Standort geschickt worden war. "had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"

"Amazing staff and service, they made us an amazing breakfast every morning and were accommodating of our needs. They went above and beyond with every request and were helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel and our room left a bit to be desired, but it was made up for by the amazing view at the terrace. The pool was also a great addition, especially after a long day at the beach."
