"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! "Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "Excellent value for money accomodation just a short walk from all the bars, shops etc. Breakfast was excellent with enough hot and cold choices for all. Our studio was perhaps a little dated and the bathroom could do with renewing but it was clean with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and large with plenty of sunloungers for everyone.Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"All was ok and the staff were lovely, especially in the guy in the vino bar who took time to go through the wines and provide his recommendations. Only disappointment was the food on floor 5. My pizza was essentially something you can get from a supermarket and put in the oven. My partner ordered the burger, they had put his bacon on my pizza instead.
