"We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough. "

"The staff were charming from beginning to end - reception staff particularly. Nice room, good size. Floor outside shower lifted slightly so uneven and leaked slightly! Lovely breakfast in courtyard area with good choice. Small rooftop seating with plunge - ( booking system in place). Would re-visit."

"I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. "Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early. "Everything was perfection! The front desk was very kind and welcoming. The staff wonderful and professional. The spa and the lady taking care of it was great. The food was great. The pool area was a piece from heaven. The fact that you can chat to the staff via WhatsApp for requests and food orders was very practical. Will definitely go back!"

"Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night."

"The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. The room was huge and also very clean. Couldn't fault the place."

"We had a great 6 days in this hotel. Did not use breakfast since we favoured in the near vicinity where there are great places to eat for very little - try Bar Mavi on 31 Deciembre street. The breakfast room did look fantastic though. Staff at reception were fantastic and we found the suite to be spotless. Train/bus station just outside hotel. We had junior suite on 7th floor 14 til 20th September 2024."
