I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. "Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation. "
