Good hostel, very quiet, clean and reasonably tidy

A great hostel with friendly staff. Feixiao with the reception had been very helpful during my stay. The property is located within walking distance of major tourist attractions in Shanghai. They also have a tap room with a variety of beer selections.

Staff's are very friendly, especially Xiao Wen and Xiao Ma...Overall hotel is great and value for money.

Staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us since we don't speak Chinese. Special mention to Jia Wei, Wan Wan and Alyessa. Thanks for a memorable vacation in Shanghai.

We liked the housekeeping, the staff members including housekeeping, front desk, doormen. The chefs provided a a wide variety of choices and we looked forward every a.m. for breakfast. We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped there and cooked in room. The kitchen in room was very usable, clean & convenient. This property is not central or downtown, we took DIDI and it was often a 30 minute ride to places we wanted to go, but it wasn’t expensive for us and we enjoyed the rides. Lastly, anything we needed the staff was helpful and attended to our needs right away, and the gym is very nice too. Again thank you to all departments 🙏😊 We would return here to stay again.
