I had to postpone my check-in for 1 day due to a personal excuse. The hotel management helped me without hesitation. Thank you again."

"In the room they have kettle but no tea or coffee, when we asked they said they can help with some tea! Very funny and bizarre, on the other hand the stuff are kind! But limited possibilities, in the brekfeast room first come first serve, when u aso for same item they say out of stock! Hard to believe!"

"The receptionist was very polite, cute and helping. That’s where the good things stop. The hotel is outdated and not taken care off at all. The room doors are so flimsy and not secure at all, you can hear everything as if they are next to you, the room floor was full of dust and sand, they have air conditioning but despite having a controller you cannot change the temperature you can only turn it on from the switch on the wall. The bathroom was tiny and the bathroom floor was leaning on one side, the bedsheets have been washed so many times that feel like paper, in a very noisy place with neighbours yelling and doing whatever until 2:00 in the night. TV not working half of the lights also not working. The furniture is wooden and half broken. The hotel has no elevator either. The beds are broken and twisted, they are even missing screws, same with all the wooden boards above the beds, we had one fall off by putting our mobile phone on top of it. In all honesty I cannot understand why Expedia allows for such properties to be listed on their site. Definitely not worth the price, as for the communication before check in is simply non existent. As if they don’t care if you arrive or not as long as they get paid. Terrible experience, only thing working and being worthy at is the staff."

"We was welcomed by the lady who was cleaning the apartments. She was so helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the wifi didnt work with our Turkish phones but worked with my English phone and laptop. Which was possibly settings within our phones. We stayed in the Paris apartment which was lovely and bright with a wrap around balcony. With views across the city of Drama."
