I was fooled by the “excellent” rating on this hotel. The property is extremely dated. We waited outside in the cold with three kids because the room door wasn’t working. Finally after 10 minutes the staff member was able to get in. The sheets, pillows, and blankets had mysterious stains and hair balls on them. The toilet ran all night long. The beds were listed as “queen size” but were actually full size with queen headboards. The fridge didn’t get cold and ruined our leftovers. I have NO idea how it was rated so high. I’m not even attempting the breakfast. This is the last time I stay at a Ramada Inn.

We need the clean room for to stay after long drive & we got more that our expectations. Staff was very helpful & welcoming. Room was really very clean, quiet & spacious. bath room tub water drained too slow. May be some clog is there. Room door could not close, I hurt my finger when I try to close, front desk person ended up helping me by advising... lift the door and close it. May be they should do something with the door. Otherwise nice location and nice staff.

Staff was disinterested. There was a nasty odor in the room that did not dissipate. Unfortunately, we didn't discover until the following morning that water was seeping through the floor. At checkout there was nobody at the desk to report the issue to. We dropped the room key card in a box and left. The restaurant on the premises was also nasty.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for price! We will definitely mark this one as a return for future trips! Room was cleaner than some, beds comfortable, quiet. We really liked the courtyard and though pool was out of season could see how nice that would be! Staff was great and we thought everything was what we expected or better. The price was so affordable compared to many other areas too!
