"I highly recommend staying at this hotel! This was my first time in Taipei and this location was just perfect-restaurants, shopping, and transportation was also convenient. The staff was amazing and my room was just stunning with the view and just how everything was so clean.. when I come back to Taipei I’m definitely staying at this hotel again. "Really enjoyed our stay at Amba. It was really well presente , the staff were super nice and it was very clean. The only things we weren't so keen on so much was the open plan bathroom and although there was a coffee machine in the room, it didn't work. Breakfast was great though so we just waited till we got down to the dinning area for our morning coffee. Overall we had a great experience. "

"Room is clean and look new. Like the bath tub that can be filled up quickly within 3 mins. Like the warm water outdoor pools, there are many pools that can accommodate many at one time. The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen."

"It was super convenient as the hotel is right next to the train station. Easy to get everywhere and close to food, restaurants, etc. We had a lot of fun on this trip. Would go back and stay there again. It also comes with free breakfast. "

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy! It's rare to find such thoughtful and caring service, and it made our departure so much easier. Highly recommend!"

"The Madison was excellent. The staff is there for anything you need and the hotel room was more than comfortable. I never heard any sounds from other rooms, halls or doors so it felt secluded and allowed us the rest we needed. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay. We looked forward to the spread each morning! Located centrally to many of the city sites. We were very sad to checkout!"

Great location, modern hotel in Taipei

"Clean, modern property - excellent service throughout our stay, spacious room, and the breakfast buffet had more options than you could want. Location was fantastic for us - free parking and close to daytrip destinations like Yilan, Jiufen, and Keelung, but also easy access to Taipei 101 and Central Taipei by subway or car. Wpuld stay there again!"
