"A beautiful hotel with excellent evening meal and superb breakfast, though a little pricey in restaurant. Everything was of superb quality. Loved it. Only draw back is that some rooms are noisy due to the tram going within six feet of side of hotel. Notwithstanding this excellent and we would highly recommend. "

"Comfortable clean hotel . Service in the bar and restaurant was not good. Only one girl was serving drinks and taking orders. There were other staff but they had to wait for her every time. "Very happy with my stay here. The location was excellent for me-right across from the central train station which meant not having to carry luggage around very far. There is also a tram stop across the street if you prefer to get around that way. Very walkable to the old town, perhaps 15-30 minutes. I had a room on the front/street side. "Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on. Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor.
