"Great overnight stay with two kids age 5 and 7. Had a lovely time. The hotel was very welcoming, especially Becky on reception. We loved the peacocks and feeding them was such a treat. We got a taxi into Tring to the Natural history museum which was fun. The family room was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff!"

"Lovely hotel and staff. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing all of the laundry on the landing. It should be out of sight in a cupboard really. Facilities are very good, restaurants, pool and leisure club just great. Reception very welcoming and of a high spec. Coffee machine in room just superb. "

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff were all absolutely amazing, they really made the stay. Everyone was helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms were great- large, comfortable and quiet. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was nice but a bit pricey. However the breakfast is great value for money and there’s a great choice at the buffet. The location is also a highlight- central Oxford is a ten minute walk away and is reached by a very pleasant stroll along the Thames. On a (very slight) negative note: I thought it was a little bit off to charge £20 for parking; and the pool was a bit crowded with nowhere to relax properly. Overall though it was a brilliant stay and I’d recommend this place to anyone. "
