"Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. "First, it was hard to find the check in location. When we got to place, it was an apartment shared by multiple customers. When I stepped in the apartment, got screamed by a dude in the kitchen telling me to take off my shoes. The receptionist who accompanied us to the property tried to resolve the situation by going back to the office to figure out something. "This was a Business trip and unfortunately i had several meeting which were done on Zoom , but due to the very week internet inside the room i had to have my room door opened and set up a chair near the door. I spoke with staff at the counter but nothing was done about it. "

"Staff are friendly, room small but clean. Bathroom too small & bad design, door couldn't close properly. We stay for 3 days but only had breakfast 1 day as the restaurant is renovating so terrible breakfast was ordered from next door. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast for next 2 days."
