"Friendliness of the staff was second to none - nothing was too difficult The villa was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking all meals We absolutely loved the spa bath as well as the view from the front verandah We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and will be making this place a destination for an annual holiday - except next time for longer!! "Great room service, nice breakfast and great coffee. Bed was super firm (not a fan), room had a blinking fire alarm in it and lack or shower screen drenched our bathroom. Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall, good place to stay right next to the airport. "

"We were very impressed with the facilities’s text messaging service advising us of different details and options. Our cabin was outstanding with everything we could hope for! For us, being walking distance to Samurai Beach was a wonderful bonus! Seemed to have wonderful facilities for families and kids. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"I stopped while traveling from the Gold Coast to Sydney. It felt safe as a female travelling alone. I checked in 8:15pm which worked well. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was nice and quiet. I had a lovely peaceful walk in the morning before heading off on the rest of my journey. "

"We were given wrong information about opening time of the airport. As we were carrying medical equipment and insulin pump which meant we could not go through the scanner we caused a huge line up at security. I asked how we could have prevented this. They told me we needed to get there much earlier. Your front office lady did not know that the airport opened at 4:30am. She told us 5:30am. We could have saved a lot of anxiety for us and frustration for airport staff if we got there earlier. "
