"Arrived at 9:30 at night. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. I even tried calling the front desk phone 3 times. I heard it ringing, but still no one showed up. When the lady finally appeared, she didn't even apologize. The hotel itself was great, but the start of the stay was rough."

"We only stayed here due to a delay in our connection at Philly airport so we were only there for a few hours. The front desk women was very friendly and got us checked in quickly so we could get to bed as fast as possible. The hotel is clean, pretty well updated, lots of outdoor lighting in the parking lots so you feel safe, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerators in each room. 24/7 shuttle available for the airport. I would definitely go there again if I need a room in the Philadelphia...

"Thai at the front desk was phenomenal! So helpful, kind and welcoming! The location is perfect for the airport or sports complex. This was my second stay and when in town I will stay again! Only con is the rods in the shower are not good, the shower curtain falls to the middle and the floor gets flooded. "
