"We stay at 65 floor, the view is stunning overlooking the story bridge and the city skyscrapers. The room and the kitchen are spacious also clean. The only missing is full size mirror :) Customer services is excellent. "

"Checked in early and was able to leave a bag even though the room wasn’t ready. They called me as soon as the room was ready. The rooms are spacious and I love the large floor to ceiling windows. Location is so convenient to city, restaurants and walking. "

"Very basic room. No art at all on the walls. Furniture falling apart. Only a frypan in the kitchenette, except for the lid for a saucepan that didn’t exist. No where to plug in the kettle except sit it on top of the microwave. Bed was fine. It was ok but for the price I paid I expected better. "

"The curtains and blinds in the room made itvery dark which was fabulous for sleeping. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom which was tricky. There was only 1 saucepan and the lid didnt fit so cooking was difficult. The location was perfect for where we needed to get to. Front desk staff were very polite and very helpful. "

"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Plenty of options for eating right outside the hotel with restaurants and supermarkets. In a safe and quiet area. Parking is $15 a night wifi is free. The food markets are a 5-10min walk. "

"very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit."

"Really appreciate the manager giving the ok for me to check into my room early. After coming off a tiring journey and overnighting at the hotel that was the best news a tired traveler could get. Great staff, great service and the Double Cheeseburger was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Had a very pleasant stay. The shower water pressure was a bit low and the sun shone through the curtains in the morning, but otherwise it was comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed the location, within walking distance of so much in the Brisbane CBD. The breakfast was also tasty and a good value."
