"The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. "Had a great experience staying at Cove! The location is perfect, right in a shopping area with plenty of food outlets, making it super convenient. The apartments on the 6th floor were quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a busy area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Liverpool! "

"This is the second time staying Pembroke studios. The studio both times where exceptionaly clean and tidy. It's situated in the middle between Liverpool city centre and the eye hospital. Plenty of shops nearby. Will definitely be going back staying there. "

"Great location. Convienantly located near lots of attractions. Kitchen with laundry was a nice feature. Sami-flush system was loud so make sure everyone showers before anyone goes to bed at night. Lift is out or order so make sure you pack lite as you will have to carry it up the stairs."

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Had a night away. Choice the hotel for its popularity. The hotel itself is excellent parking is extra on site and cost has just gone upto £10 a day. There is some minor wear and tear to the room we had but the size and quality of the room is excellent. We used Ubers to get into and back to the city for convenience. "

"Too many people slate this hotel We had a lovely warm Room bed was clean and bathroom was clean and hot working water and shower staff where amazing and the history of this place speaks for itself too many pick holes in this place and forget how old this building is I will Allways come back time and time again ! "The staff on reception were exceptionally kind and friendly. They deserve to be recognised for thier friendliness and helpfulness. It was a lady and a gentleman. Cant recall their names but they were so chatty and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin. Could literally hear all next doors conversations. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Would defo stay here again."

"Fab hotel, huge rooms, great staff and reasonably priced. 35 min walk to the city centre or an 8 min Uber. Surrounding area is undergoing a bit of refurbishment so currently not great but I wouldn’t let that put you off. Easy to get to and parking is great and reasonable too. "
