"The place ok. We were there for one night on a family trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the main issue was that we booked this specifically because it had an AC listed as an accomodation but when we got there we were told that the AC unit in the room was broken and has been for over a year. The locals great and very close to rynok."

"Stayed for 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, living room and bedroom. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom which is nice in case you needed to do a load of laundry. You are about 10 minutes walk to the main city centre. "The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. It is up many flights of stairs, so you have to be able to climb those. I wish the property gave washcloths, but that was my only complaint. My family loved this place!"

"There was no reply to my email written 4 days before arrival. I didn’t receive email regarding key etc. I had to call them once in Wrocław, it took long time to wait for an answer. It was difficult to find front door, not clear instructions. The lift was not working and I had to take a large suitcase to the 3rd floor then after 2 nights bring it down. "We stayed here so that the trip to the airport in the morning would be easier. That it was. The walk from the property to the airport was 16 minutes and very straightforward. The shower was lovely and bed very comfy. The whole place was spotless. Was very impressed that they had a washing machine to use too! Would highly recommend this hotel

"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing."
