"It was very well equipped, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We appreciated the kitchen and the space, and we liked having laundry facilities in the building, although the washing machines did not work terribly well and the drying feature didn't work at all. "I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc. "

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"The property was great to stay in. The interiors are modern and have been thought out for guests with storage, hooks, toiletries and a coffee machine. Access to emergency top ups was also excellent. Overall communication was good and very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved - regular cleaning (I had to request this, which I didn't think I should have to do), the standard of cleanliness could have been better (things were not dusted or hoovered), also I had to ask more than...

"New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."

"Hotel was super convenient for the visit to the Oktoberfest... Double dear at this time of year obviously. All is fine, staff nice, would stay again if coming back.. didn't use the sauna or swimming pool. Quite bearing in mind it's location.. Not so good points: - No shower.. just a loose plug in thing in the bath. - Hassling at 8am on day of checkout (12:00) - Hot water was not so hot - Bahnhof area has some vibrant characters that may be intimidating for some. "So great, don’t hesitate. I think this will be the nicest most affordable and fun little studio apartment I’ll ever stay in. Everything was spotless and new. I made full use of the little kitchenette and I really loved the Brazilian themed decor. It’s a very close walk over the Danube River to the Ulm cathedral/center of town. During the check-in, the front desk man Lucas was friendly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Gustavo was great at check out. I’d definitely stay here again!"
