"We stayed 1 night at the Riverside Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds were beautiful (the pink dogwoods were blooming during our stay), the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was was delicious, fresh and had a good variety. I liked the location, within walking distance to a very good restaurant (Traprock Grill) and the park, although we didn't actually go to the park because we were out of time.Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend."

"As in the days of yore, a great place to stop traveling from California to Oregon. Rooms have been upgraded since the 19th century of course. Very comfortable beds. En suite bathroom. Lovely parlor to relax in and the restaurant was top-notch. "
