"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"The old town is fabulous however the hike up the floor flights of stairs was not It was extremely hot during our stay and the air con was useless The television would not connect at all during our stay, I did email but their solution did not work The location was great and we did know in advance there was no lift, but I wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to how hot the apartments is "

"Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. "The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"Nice studio, needs some improvement for the shower by having either a curtain or glass as water went everywhere without this. To much noisy in the first floor and in the hallways. The clarity of the kitchen window doesn't help if you like darkness within the room at night. A blackout curtain is recommended. The rest was very clean, nice, cozy and comfortable make me feel at home. Also would say the location of this studio was excellent as close to everything you would want to see or do."

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"
