By far the best B & B we have ever been to! Wonderful view, great hiking trails, room was perfect! Happy hour with the other guests and owners of the property was over the top! Breakfast was amazing!
It had been years since we had visited this area and the Inn was a perfect place to enjoy our memories. The grounds are fantastic for a bit of a walk or just sitting back and enjoying the beautiful view. The breakfasts were a delight with everything you could possibly want and in the evening wine and cheese were offered. The owners are very passionate about their home and the area of Wisconsin that it sits. We had a wonderful stay.
Many times a place is outstanding in a few areas but lacking in others. This place is outstanding all around. The rooms , the gardens, the breakfast, cleanliness, peace and quit all make this place the perfect getaway. To top it off, the hosts are A .
This bed and breakfast exceeded all expectations. Dave and Trudy have thought of everything down to the last detail. It is a very welcoming and comfortable place. In addition, the views were beyond amazing. We will be going back very soon!
Amazing place, incredible setting! Was a bit of a sewer smell in the room and it felt a bit overpriced. That being said I would not hesitate to stay again. The hosts were very nice and accomodating and the food, delicious.
The view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and private. The hosts are attentive to details. Nothing seems to forgotten. Forget bug spray, walking stick, sunglasses, binoculars, etc? It is all there for your use right where you need it. Great hiking on site and more very close by. Cycling in the area is awesome, though it tends to the strong enthusiast to expert level. The hills can get steep. It's on my must return list, maybe for snowshoeing next time.

A comfortable B&B
This B&B is very comfortable and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the breakfasts are excellent. However, it is a bit pricey. The owners could have been more hospitable.
Have stayed at Wawanissee twice in last two months. Wish we could visit every month. The inn is lovely and the breakfasts delicious. You can hike on their private trails or just relax on the deck. One of the best B&B's we have ever visited.
This was one of our best B&B experiences or hotels for that matter ever. Our innkeepers, Dave and Trudi were so kind and attentive. Their place is a gem, and meticulously maintained. Huge attention to detail and consideration of their guests. The happy hour, the made-to-order breakfasts (served by Dave, a former beverage manager at the Palmer House in Chicago!), the grounds (charming) and the magnificent views from the great room and our sleeping room made for a very happy stay. We had snow and ice, and Dave de-iced and garaged our car, plus he insisted on driving us into Baraboo for a special event we were there for, then picking us up. We couldn't believe our good fortune in finding this place. Thank you, Dave and Trudi. We will never forget this experience.
The Inn At Wawanissee Point was outstanding in every possible way, and I am very happy to say that it was the perfect place for my marriage proposal. Dave and Trudy went above and beyond helping me set everything up perfectly to make this weekend as special as it could be. Additionally, they were very accommodating even before our arrival there, as they allowed me to come visit the site and plan with them weeks in advance. The entire weekend experience was truly amazing. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful views/trails outside, and the luxurious rooms are very romantic, with jetted tubs/fireplaces if you so choose. The breakfast/homemade snacks were also spectacular. We will definitely be coming back for years to come, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a romantic getaway.

This home has everything you could need. Beautiful home, the best view in Wisconsin, amazing breakfast, breathtaking grounds with trails, and gracious hosts. This inn is a place you would want to experience in every season.
Two most pleasant stays at Inn at Wawanissee Point
We have stayed at the Inn on two occasions (autumn and winter) and were delighted both times. The Inn is beautiful and the hosts are truly exceptional. The view from the Inn is enchanting. The small number of rooms provides a pleasant intimacy. Breakfasts were wonderful. We enjoyed the great hiking trails on the Inn property.
Beautiful view and very friendly owners...Unique breakfast. Could be a destination stay if just looking to relax a few days.

Perfect anniversary weekend
The most georgeous views I have ever seen! Dave and Trudy are amazing hosts and take wonerful care of their property. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and Dave was a great happy hour host in the evenings. We loved the hiking trails, finding little surprises around every corner. Best B&B experience we have had!
The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The inn keepers were very cordial. Enjoyed the wine and cheese- a nice way to get to know the inn keepers and other guests. Very quiet and relaxing.
First stay, definitely not our last. Relaxation begins as soon as you walk in the door. Plenty to do in the area, but be back by 5:30pm for Wine & Cheese Hour! Morning coffee on the deck is a must!
I was really impressed with this place and the proprietors. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. If enjoy nature, quiet and relaxed atmospheres and it all was here and more. I learned some history about the area, an area I wasn't aware existed, and its not far off the highway, but feels like you are far into the country. I would recommend it to anyone and hope everyone who visits will enjoy it as much as my wife and I did.
