The heater in our room was bonkers! It would come on for sometimes just 1 second and then turn off for 5-10 seconds and repeat, all night long! Never again, this place has gone downhill. I don't mind cheap but if you can't get a good night sleep why bother.

We enjoyed the closeness to stores in town. Walking distance to great sledding hill behind the inn. The room itself was not very clean, trash left from previous guests and areas were actually dirty and obviously not cleaned between stays. No turn down service. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. No one in the office to ask for more. Won't be staying here again.

This place would be okay if the management was stronger. But, staffers leave around 6 pm and tape check in packets to the window for late arrivals. While they are gone, the shenanigans begin. One night we had a car alarm going off in the parking lot for more than hour before someone finally answered the emergency line and came to deal with it. The next night, the youth hockey players rooming at the inn were playing hockey in the hallways, with no regard for anyone else in the place. There were no staffers to deal with this disrespectful behavior. The same thing started up the next morning and while there was a staff member in the office, she was consumed with breakfast duty. I would not recommend this place unless you are very price-sensitive. There are better options in the valley including the place next door.

Didn't like narrow stairs up to room, small bathroom, toilet really small and low, "free breakfast" doesn't start to 9 AM. Walls and rug show age. But it's the best deal in town as far as price. Location is good.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear one neighbor’s TV and the other neighbor’s conversations, and they’re not speaking loudly. Room needs updating. There was a Keurig coffee maker. Staff were very nice and check in/out was very efficient.

It started with being given the wrong digital lock code for the room door. the room was showing its age. wallpaper peeling, rubber baseboard peeling away from the wall. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom and needed to be replaced and the sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock. by the time we found this out the front desk was closed.

Good place to stop if you are driving through North Cascades. Check in and out was easy and staff very friendly. Area was an awesome classic western. Rooms good. Breakfast was disappointing and pointless. Could do better.

Simple accommodations at a great price. The staff was exceptional -- very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was *very* basic, but you shouldn't expect more for the price. I'd definitely stay here again.
